How much does a website for a trade business cost?
A refresh of your current website starts from $3,000 + GST. A new 5 page Oncord website starts from $3,200 + GST, and a 15 page website with service and location pages and full SEO and AI search setup starts from $3,900 + GST. Every price is a flat fee agreed before we start. Use the estimator on this page for a ballpark.
What does it cost to run each month?
Oncord's website plan is from $49 a month inc GST, paid straight to Oncord, with optional Customers and Marketing modules if you want them. My care plan is $250 + GST a month and is optional. A .com.au or .au domain is $25 + GST a year.

Oncord is an Australian platform with your website, customer list and email and SMS marketing in one place. There are no plugins to update or break, hosting and security are built in, and it connects to Simpro, Xero, QuickBooks and MYOB. It's easier for you to run and it gives your marketing somewhere to grow.
I already have a website. Do I have to start again?
Not always. If the bones are good, a refresh gets you a new look and clearer words on the platform you're already on. You can also move it onto Oncord as part of the refresh, from $900 + GST on top, depending on its size. If it's old or you can't log in to it, a new build is usually cheaper in the long run. We'll tell you straight which one you need.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly we get your photos and feedback. You'll get a realistic timeline with your quote, and your current site stays live the whole time.
Can I have an instant quote calculator on my own website?
Yes. We build price estimators like the one on this page for trade businesses, based on things like the job type, size or number of rooms. Customers get a ballpark straight away and you get the job details with the enquiry. It's quoted on scope.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. The site, the Oncord account and the domain are set up in your name, and you get full access. No being held hostage by a developer who's stopped answering the phone.
Do you write the words?
Yes, copywriting is included in every build. For photos, your own job photos usually work best, and we'll help you pick and prepare them.
Do you do logos and branding?
I don't design logos myself. I work with graphic designers who build great brands, and I'll bring one in if you need it. They quote that part separately.
What does the care plan include?
$250 + GST a month gets you 4 hours of website changes, blog posts added for you, and a monthly report on where you're ranking on Google, what I've done and what could be improved next. No lock-in contracts, stop any time.
Do you only work with Brisbane businesses?
