Case Study BRAND + WEBSITE

A first website and brand for Hanley Browne Plumbing

Hanley Browne Plumbing is a Brisbane northside plumber based in Stafford Heights with a 5.0 Google rating. Before we met, the business was online through its Google Business Profile and social media only. We created the logo and branding, built its first website, launched in October 2025, set up business email, and now look after the site month to month, including local SEO for Stafford and Stafford Heights.

Great reviews, no website

Mike built Hanley Browne Plumbing on word of mouth, with a Google Business Profile and social media as the only places to find him online. There was no website, and by his own account he didn't know where to start.

We first met at a local cafe and worked out what the business needed: a proper brand, a website that looks like the established local business it is, and someone to handle the technical side so Mike could stay on the tools.

What we built

A new logo and brand

A new logo and identity in strong blues and navy, with bold, condensed headings that read well on a van, a work shirt and a phone screen.

A page for every job

Blocked drains, hot water, gas fitting, pipe relining, stormwater, leaking taps and toilets, and bathroom renovations each have their own page, so each one can be found in Google on its own rather than buried in a list.

Business email

New email accounts on the business domain, set up alongside the website.

Reviews that update themselves

The Google reviews feed straight onto the site, so every new review shows up without anyone having to touch the website.

Suburb pages for home turf

In September 2026 we added dedicated pages for Stafford and Stafford Heights, written for each suburb rather than one page with the name swapped. That is where Mike wants his work, so that is where the SEO effort goes.

Reporting that says what to do next

Search Console is set up properly and every month we look at what people searched to find the site, and what is worth doing next. Searches from places Mike doesn't service are stripped out, so the numbers are honest.

Looked after, month to month

Updates, backups, fixes and small changes are handled on a care plan, so Mike never has to log in to WordPress.

Where it's at now

Hanley Browne went from no website to one that matches his reputation. Every service has a page, both home suburbs have their own page, the reviews stay current on their own, and Mike gets a plain English report each month rather than a dashboard he has to decipher.

"Hannah and her team have been fantastic from the first meeting we had at a local cafe. I didn't know how to do anything and Hannah walked me through it all, she set up my website which looks amazing, created new email accounts, created a new company logo and branding and has kept me updated with every step along the way. Her team manages and maintains the website and always responds super fast when I have any questions about anything business/website/email related."
