WIRQ (Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Queensland) is a not-for-profit network founded in 1994 with more than 200 members. We refreshed their Webflow website, redesigned the page banners, fixed how event tickets and memberships collect attendee details, sorted out an email delivery problem, and handed over a plain English website handbook.

When
November 2025, with more event ticketing work in June 2026
WIRQ runs events, awards and memberships for professionals across Queensland's insolvency and restructuring sector, and it is run by a volunteer committee. The back end was making extra work: ticket and membership checkouts weren't collecting the attendee names and dietary requirements the committee needs for every event.
The site itself had a great foundation. It needed SEO touch ups and proper work on the ticketing side.
New page banners and a cleaner, more current feel across the site, so it looks like the established professional network it is.
Buyers now enter a name and dietary requirements for every ticket they buy, Australia is set as the default country, and a new order confirmation page appears after purchase.
Full name, email address and dietary requirements are now required for every membership purchased, so member records arrive complete.
A domain setting problem was stopping Mailchimp emails from sending properly. We fixed it at the DNS level.
A plain English guide to updating the site, so whoever is on the committee next year can manage it without starting from scratch.
Event and membership details now arrive complete at checkout, and the site looks as professional as the people it represents.
The admin follow up for table tickets and dietary requirements has dropped considerably.
