NeatAS Lawns is a family owned lawn and garden maintenance business in Townsville, operating since 2017 and covering Cluden through to Black River and out to Kelso. After their old website went down with the domain in a previous developer's name, we set them up on a new domain they own and rebuilt the site mobile-first, with a page structure set up to be found for local lawn mowing and garden maintenance searches.

NeatAS had a website on GoDaddy, set up by a previous developer. Then the developer went quiet, stopped answering calls and emails, and the website went down. Tracey reached out to us through the Tradie Wives group.
When we looked into it, the domain was registered to the old developer, not to the business. We laid out the options, including pursuing it through auDA, the body that manages .com.au domains. Given the cost, Tracey decided to start fresh, so we registered a new domain and rebuilt the website on WordPress.
They also had a loyal base of regular fortnightly customers and great reviews, and needed a website that made it just as easy for a new customer, usually searching on a phone, to find them and ask for a quote.
A new domain registered to the business, and a website the business owns outright, so they can't be locked out of their own website again.
Designed for the phone screen first, with the call and quote buttons always in reach, then scaled up for desktop.
Regular lawn maintenance, garden maintenance, garden tidy ups, hedge and tree trimming, palm frond removal and green waste removal are set out clearly for domestic, commercial and strata properties.
Cluden to Black River and out to Kelso, on properties up to an acre, so people know straight away whether NeatAS comes to them.
They turn up every time, send a text reminder the day before, and use commercial mulching mowers that feed the lawn. They also look after DVA customers and plan or self managed NDIS customers.
Do you need to be home? Do they mow after rain? How often should you book? The questions customers ask most are answered on the site.
NeatAS now has a website that works as well on a phone as their service does in the yard, with every service and suburb set out for Google to find.
